Free shipping

Orders ship from Shenzhen, China, to the United States. Shipping is free on every ETOREA piece.

Processing time

Each piece is made to order and packed by hand. Please allow about one week after placing your order for production before dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery time

Shipping to the United States takes approximately 5 days after dispatch. This is in addition to the production time of about one week. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control may occasionally occur.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, ETOREA pays the shipping costs, import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges. Customers do not pay import charges on delivery. If a carrier requests an import payment, contact us at contact@etoreashop.com so we can resolve it.

Shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels
